Grape variety: Grillo controlled designation of origin

Vinification: After a careful selection of the grapes, they are pressed by means of a soft pneumatic press and vinified in steel wine vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Fermentation lasts approximately 12 days at a temperature of 15°C. At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees until bottling, to allow a greater evolution of the taste-olfactory sensations. Aged in bottle for approximately 2 months.
