Grape variety: Nero d'Avola controlled designation of origin

Vinification: The selected grapes are subjected to maceration on the skins for approximately 10 days and vinified in steel wine vats at a constant temperature of 20°C. After natural malolactic fermentation, maturation continues in steel before bottling and bottle ageing.
