Grapes: 100% Nerello Mascalese 2022

Vinification and refinement: The grapes are harvested by hand in 14 kg boxes between the end of September and the first days of October. They are subjected to destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration at about 8°-10° °C. Subsequently, the must ferments at 18°-20°C and macerates for 18-20 days on the skins. Malolactic fermentation takes place in second and third passage barriques and at the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to cement tanks where it ages for 14 months.
