itigno: Nero d'Avola Reserve

Vinification: maceration on the skins for 2 weeks in steel, with frequent pumping over and déléstage. Alcoholic fermentation: spontaneous, with wild yeasts.

Aging: in large, untoasted Slavonian oak barrels for at least 2 years, which can extend up to 4 years depending on the harvest and the characteristics of the wine.

Alcohol by volume: 14%
