Production technique:

Manual harvest in crates with careful selection of the grapes. Upon receipt in the cellar, destemming followed by 21 days of permanence on the skins at 25° C; after racking, malolactic fermentation follows in steel; refinement for approximately 6 months in barriques.

Analytical data: alcohol 13.45% vol.
