Grape variety: 100% Nero d'Avola DOC

Vinification and Aging: The grapes are harvested in mid-September. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate for about 6 days, undergoing repeated pumping over and delestage at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
