Vinification: traditional, with long maceration at controlled temperature

Refinement: approximately 6 months in barriques, completed in the bottle

Alcohol content: 13.50% vol.

Color: intense ruby red

Aroma: ripe red fruit with spicy notes

Taste: warm, soft, smooth tannins

Pairing: goes well with meat-based dishes, mature and blue cheeses

Service: Bordeaux type glass, temperature 16° – 18° C
